Curchod & Co Announced as Surrey’s Most Active Commercial Property Agent

Curchod & Co has, once again, been announced as Surrey’s most active commercial property agent.

The EG (Estates Gazette) on-demand rankings for 2022 reveals that the commercial property specialist was involved in nearly 400,000 sq ft of commercial property transactions across the county, in a total of 104 separate sales or lettings over the 12-month period with an average deal size of around 4,000 sq ft.

This is not the first time that the firm has won this prestigious award as, a year ago, Curchod & Co was announced as the winner of the EG Surrey on-demand rankings for 2021.
The firm also ranked highly in Hampshire for 2022, where it transacted over a quarter of a million sq ft.

Across the whole of South East England, the firm ranked 9th for industrial and warehouse transactions.
