Trade Documentation

Exporting is the consignment of goods, technical assistance and services from the shores of the UK to another country.

The purpose of an export may vary – from goods sold or services performed, to temporary exports for reasons of exhibition, for repair, test, processing, etc. The exporter’s commercial invoice, certificates and any licences must travel with the goods.

Surrey Chambers is fully accredited by the British Chambers of Commerce and authorised by HM Government to issue trade documentation and certify associated documents, such as commercial invoices and packing lists. Our trade documentation service is on hand to provide your business the essential documents required to meet customs regulations and offer you expert guidance to ensure your goods reach their final destination.
