TechVertu achieves ISO certification from the British Assessment Bureau

23rd September 2019

An IT & Marketing agency with offices in Surrey has just achieved certification to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards, establishing it as one of the leaders in its field.

The independent assessments were conducted by the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrate TechVertu’s commitment to customer service and quality in delivery, and to keeping their data, staff and premises secure. The company, part of the John F Hunt Group, started in November 2017 and operates from both Chessington (Surrey) and Grays (Essex), with a third office in Central London.

“We’ve worked really hard to attain both standards and we’re over the moon with this achievement. We hope this demonstrates to our customers and potential clients that we are committed to the highest levels of performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement”, says Hadi Marashy, TechVertu’s Managing Director.

What do these standards mean?

ISO 9001 – was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed to ensure progress is being maintained.

ISP 27001 – is the internationally recognised Information Security Management Standard that proves an organisation’s commitment to the security of their customer, employee and shareholder’s information. With ISO 27001 in place, companies are able to minimise risks to potential data security breaches and reduce errors and costs, while demonstrating credibility and trust.
