Azets Guildford Pledges £25,000 to its Charity of the Year

The Guildford office of Azets, the UK Top 10 accounting firm, has pledged to raise £25,000 for Challengers.
Challengers provides play and leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people aged 2- 18 years across Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, Kingston & Richmond. The charity has been chosen by the team at Azets Guildford as their official charity partner until July 2024.
The team at Azets Guildford have a whole range of fundraising events scheduled for the next year, including dressing in orange during October, attempting the Three Peaks Challenge, quiz nights, sports days, and a charity sky-dive. Most recently, eight of the Azets’ team abseiled down Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, raising £2,700.
Nick Adams, Partnerships Manager at Challengers, said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Azets for choosing us, we are looking forward to a great year of fundraising and volunteering. There are a lot of events planned for the year that will be brining staff together to have fun, whilst raising vital funds for a fantastic cause.”

The £25,000 raised from Azets’ Guildford fundraising efforts will go towards ensuring that Challengers can continue to provide vital respite and play opportunities for disabled children and their families.
