The Winner of the 2023 National S.M.E. Business Awards for Best Enterprise Goes to Surrey Based Carver Coaching

The best of the Nation’s SME’s were celebrated at the 2023 National Business Awards on Friday 1st December at Wembley Station.  The awards are the largest event of its kind in the county.

Over 600 of the country’s leading business people gathered for the sell-out event held at Wembely Stadium on Friday 1st December.  This year saw a record-breaking number of nominations for each category, with hundreds of applicants whittled down to just 20 winners.

Woking based, Leadership & Team development specialists, Carver Coaching Ltd, won the ‘Best Enterprising’ category for their work with corporates and frontline organisations across the last year.  They partner with organisations to support pivitol people and teams to excel at work.  They offer one-to-one leadership coaching, facilitate strategy days and team interventions, along with designing and delivering impactful learning & development workshops focussed on a variety of topics ranging from coaching, communication, leadership, wellbeing, stress, resilience and change tolerance.

Carver Coaching has completed numerous projects for a variety of organisations in both the public and private sector organisations in the last 5 years. The team’s ability to design and deliver programmes which facilitate learning and change has been acknowledged and celebrated by being nominated, shortlisted and now winning this prestigious award.
