£45M Brooklands College Investment Approved

£45m investment into Brooklands College given the Green Light 

Brooklands College is celebrating Colleges Week 2024 with the outstanding news that their plans for a £45m investment in the Surrey based college have been given the green light.

The College prides itself on being an anchor institution in its local community and its role in collaborative projects across the region. This gives students a truly rich learning experience whilst also ensuring the College is able to play its part in meeting skills needs locally and regionally, and be a strong voice nationally.

These are exciting times for Brooklands College. Within the last few months we have not only had our grading as a Good college by Ofsted confirmed once again but also had planning permission granted for a large redevelopment of our Weybridge site which will deliver outstanding new facilities for students and the local community.

This extensive programme of work will ensure that Brooklands College continues to be at the forefront of technical and professional education in the region, ensuring students have the very latest industry relevant skills and training. It will also facilitate a range of new shared community facilities to ensure students are given the opportunity to train in realistic work environments.
