Betty Jensen is the newly appointed Business Development Officer at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey. With over 12 years of experience at the University and a decade in the luxury hospitality industry in England and France( her native country), Betty brings a wealth of expertise in business engagement and strategic partnerships.

Betty is passionate about fostering strong connections between academia and industry, creating meaningful opportunities for students through placements, consultancy projects, knowledge transfer partnerships, and guest speaker engagements.

Betty leads a team dedicated to designing and delivering bespoke executive education programs, helping businesses drive growth and innovation through tailored learning solutions. Her commitment to business collaboration and student success is at the heart of her role, ensuring impactful engagement between the University and Surrey businesses.
