Catherine is the Managing Partner at Morr & Co, a firm of solicitors with offices across Surrey, London and Hampshire. She also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit and qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate (Civil).

As Managing Partner, Catherine champions a client-first approach across the firm, ensuring that practical solutions and clear communication remain at the heart of every matter. She leads the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy while fostering a collaborative culture between legal, support and business services teams.

Her hands-on leadership style, developed through over 30 years of litigation experience, focuses on delivering pragmatic, commercially minded solutions for clients while nurturing the firm’s talent and growth.
