Ali is a Sustainability & Diversity Business Mentor. Since setting up Plans With Purpose in 2017, she has worked with a range of clients, from global organisations to start-ups, charities & community-based organisations, helping put people, planet & purpose at the heart of their progress.

Ali partners with organisations to support them on their sustainability and diversity journeys, co-creating strategies into action and supporting teams through training & on-going fractional sustainability & Equity, Diversity & Inclusion resource.

Her credentials for purpose-led growth were established through 17 years’ Marketing inside FMCG, growing Unilever brands such as Dove, Persil & Flora. She believes in the power of partnership & led numerous corporate, charity & retail partnerships.

Ali brings her passion for regeneration to life as a volunteer with the LEAD Network UK (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity), a volunteer mentor to care-leavers in Surrey with Goal 17 and a member of Challengers’ Business Club, Zero Carbon Guildford & People Planet Pint Guildford.

Ali’s purpose is to spark change that matters. She donates 5% of all project fees to local & global charities.
