Godalming based commercial law firm celebrates 10th Anniversary with rebrand and new website

GBH Law celebrates its tenth anniversary on 1 September 2020 with the launch of a new brand and website.

GBH Law started in 2010 when three experienced lawyers, Christine Goodyear, Hamish Cameron Blackie and Denise Herrington left a large regional law firm and set up their own practice. They wanted to do things differently and go back to focusing on their clients, with whom they had worked for many years.

Since 2010, GBH Law has grown to a team of ten lawyers who all have the same ethos and client focus as the founding partners. In 2012 Andrea Tishler joined the firm as a director, followed by Kathryn Shaw in 2018 and Kate Doody in 2019. All our directors are also shareholders and therefore know first-hand what it is like to own, run and manage a business. They are also highly experienced in their fields and able to provide great advice to their clients, many of whom they have worked with for years, if not decades!

Denise Herrington commented:

“We are all incredibly proud of GBH and how far we have come over the last ten years.  We now have a team of highly experienced lawyers who are genuinely interested in their clients, and their clients’ businesses, enabling them to build long-lasting relationships and provide excellent legal advice which is tailored and commercially focused.  We would like to thank all of our clients for their support over the last ten years and we look forward to working with them for the next ten years and beyond!”

Kate Doody, who led the rebrand project with fellow director Kathryn Shaw, added:

“The tenth anniversary provided an ideal opportunity to refresh the GBH brand.  Although we haven’t been able to celebrate our tenth anniversary quite as we had hoped, we are delighted to now be able to share our new logo and website with our colleagues, clients and fellow professionals.”
