3rd April 2024

Farnborough Airport has again retained its number one position in the Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey 2024, winning the category for the best Fixed Based Operator (FBO) within Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. This is the 18th year in a row it has won this award since the Survey launched two decades ago.

AIN’s annual awards are based upon an industry-wide survey of pilots, flight crews and dispatchers across topics such as passengers, pilot amenities and facilities.

“Securing this recognition in AIN’s annual International FBO Survey for 18 consecutive years is a humbling and proud moment for us here at Farnborough Airport. We have very high ambitions in everything we do and so consistently winning this award is hugely satisfying. However, when it comes to listening to the needs of our customers, we must never be complacent. We want to continually build a better product, including setting the standards for customer service and care. Being acknowledged as the best FBO outside of the Americas is well-deserved recognition of the collective efforts of our employees here at Farnborough Airport and we are deeply appreciative of the unwavering support from all those that took part in the survey.” said Simon Geere, Farnborough Airport CEO.

Farnborough Airport’s score in the 2024 AIN International FBO Survey ranks it one of the highest performing FBOs in the world.
