Helene Hall is Chief Executive of Surrey Chambers of Commerce. She brings more than 17 years’ experience working with and building businesses across sectors including B2B, eCommerce, finance, pharma and travel.

Helene has founded and led businesses herself, including running a London-based digital agency and launching a start-up where she raised angel investment. Her work has focused on helping organisations grow through clear strategy, practical support, and effective use of technology.

She is particularly interested in how AI, digital tools and data can help businesses become more productive and competitive, and how strong local business networks can create real opportunity for companies to start, scale and thrive.

Helene lives in Surrey with her two children. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, cars, salsa dancing and personal development, and she mentors female founders in her spare time.
