We’re delighted to announce our company rebrand.  We partnered with a creative agency who really challenged us to evaluate our core values and why we are proud to work to deliver on those values.

We took the opportunity to ask a significant number of clients and candidates for their input and over time we developed our strapline – connected, experienced, relationship-based, honest, professional – it’s so relevant to our ethos and there is no doubt that building strong relationships with honesty and professionalism has been critical to us and enjoyed by so many of our clients and candidates alike.

At the same time, we have updated our website and integrated award-winning recruitment technology which adds value to us as consultants and streamlines the experience for both our clients and candidates.

The Journey so far…

Fletcher George was established in 2007 by Surrey residents Darran Crellin and Lisa Wintrip. They recognised a gap in the market for a values-based approach to accountancy and finance recruitment. Spinning forward to 2020 the team have combined over 50 years of experience working locally to place accounting and finance professionals in roles in which they can make a real difference.

Fletcher George is an independent finance and accountancy recruiter working, primarily with finance and accounting professionals in South West London and Surrey including the Hampshire and Sussex borders.  We recruit for both Public Practice and also for commercial businesses in the local area.
