Spelthorne Business Awards Winners

The hard work and achievements of local businesses was celebrated at the Spelthorne Business Awards held at the Holiday Inn, Shepperton on 11 November.
Cllr Colin Barnard, Portfolio Holder for Economic Development said, “Spelthorne Borough Council was delighted to continue working together with our sponsors to celebrate the absolute best of business in the borough. From the independents to the multinationals privileged to be based in this area, the Spelthorne Business Awards is a wonderful opportunity to tell everyone about the excellent work that is being achieved locally in the Borough. I have been highly impressed with the resourcefulness of our businesses who have faced immense challenges over the past two years.”

Out of the 13 categories one was chosen to win the accolade of “Best Business in Spelthorne” as the overall winner of the Spelthorne Business Awards 2021. Congratulations to Taste Creative.
Leader of Spelthorne Borough Council, Cllr Lawrence Nichols, said: “The range and quality of the entries we received this year are proof of the wealth of entrepreneurial spirit, talent and innovative thinking which exist locally across a wide range of sectors; Spelthorne is truly rich with business expertise. On the night a special Contribution to Business Award was presented to Mike Ramlakhan for his dedication and commitment to supporting the business community in Spelthorne.
