RSM announces two partner promotions to support growth in South East

Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has announced two partner promotions in the South East to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans. Caroline Watson in the audit team and Sarah Barry in corporate finance are both home grown talent who joined RSM as graduates and have progressed through the ranks to become partner as of 1 April 2022.
Caroline is an experienced auditor based in the Guildford office and has been with RSM for 19 years, having joined as an audit trainee in 2003. Her expertise involves supporting owner managed and private equity backed businesses to grow and prosper. Caroline enjoys servicing her diverse client portfolio which encompasses businesses in the property, technology and consulting sectors.
Corporate finance specialist Sarah Barry, based in Gatwick, started as an intern in RSM’s London M&A team and has now been with the firm for 15 years. She has a wealth of experience advising business owners across Kent, Surrey and Sussex who are looking to sell their business, or raise funds for growth through private equity. Sarah specialises in the manufacturing, infrastructure and family business sectors, and heads up the M&A team in the South East.

In addition to these two promotions in the South East, RSM has promoted a further fourteen partners across its UK network. The new cohort of partners have a range of specialisms including corporate tax, VAT, legal services and risk assurance.
