Charity Murder Mystery Evening
1st August 2017
Oakleaf Enterprise turns 20 this year and we would like to celebrate! On Wednesday 20th September, Oakleaf will host a birthday party with a difference…a charity murder mystery evening at the 1920’s speakeasy style ‘Tudor Antiques Bar’ in Guildford. Join us and enjoy a night of laughter with just a little murder on the side. Raise money for better mental health as you try to figure out ‘whodunit’.
Shimmy down the hidden alleyway off Guildford High Street as you make your way back in time to Tudor Antiques. Enter the top secret access code granted to guests only and your night of mystery will begin.
Arrive at 7:00pm to be greeted by the fabulous actors from The Guildford Shakespeare Company who have written this murder mystery and will perform on the night. Welcome drinks and canapés are included in the ticket price of just £35.00 and all money raised will be donated to Oakleaf Enterprise.
Oakleaf Enterprise is the only mental health charity in Surrey which operates as a social enterprise and offers vocational training, wellbeing activities and one-to-one counselling to those suffering with mental ill-health. CEO, Clive Stone said “This is a great opportunity to join us in what of course is an evening to raise funds, but perhaps far more importantly it is to have fun and help us celebrate 20 years of enabling our client group to have better lives. The statistics are still shockingly high for the percentage of adults who suffer from mental health issues, and we need your help to allow us to continue our crucial work.”
All money raised from this event will be donated directly to Oakleaf and will enable the charity to continue its vital work with those who have mental health problems.
