Charlotte Webb

Charlotte joined the Chamber in November 2025, bringing with her extensive experience across the education, leisure, events and FMCG sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully led long-term projects ranging from developing play-based initiatives in primary education to enhancing induction programmes in the leisure industry and strengthening maths literacy in Egypt and the United States.

Known for her warm, people-centred approach and confident presentation skills, Charlotte is passionate about building strong relationships and helping organisations thrive. At the Chamber, she is embracing every opportunity to champion the Source in Surrey initiative, working closely with businesses of all sizes to connect them with new customers, strengthen local supply chains and support sustainable economic growth across the county.

Her commitment to collaboration and community development reflects her belief that Surrey’s economic success is built on helping businesses work together, share ideas and grow stronger, together.
