Warm Welcome Winter Volunteers Needed!

As the winter chill sets in, Surrey County Council are calling on the big-hearted individuals in our community to step forward and lend a hand at our Warm Welcome venues.

Why Volunteer? Volunteering with us is more than just a commitment of time. It’s a chance to make a real difference in someone’s life, to bring warmth and joy to those who need it most during the cold winter months.

What Will You Do? As a volunteer, you’ll help us create a warm, welcoming environment for our attendees. This could involve serving hot meals, handing out winter essentials, or simply sharing a friendly conversation with those who walk through our doors.

Who Can Volunteer? Anyone and everyone! Whether you’re a student looking for a rewarding way to help in the community, a professional wanting to give back, or a retiree seeking to make a difference, we welcome you!
