Since reopening to full capacity shows we’ve been blown away by your support and enjoyed sold out shows from Russell Brand, Michael McIntyre, Gyles Brandreth and many more! Remember, if you are unwell on the day of the performance we can offer you an exchange or credit as part of our Flexible Booking Policy which is in place until the end of November. This scheme has been introduced to help give you the confidence to return the theatre and we’ve been really pleased to see so many of you return to support the venue and our programme of shows.
We have recently launched a new, free service where ticketholders will receive a text on the day of their performance.
This will include a link to mobile tickets (never worry about losing your tickets again!), plus FAQs and a map to get to the venue. Soon you will even be able to order drinks through it! All bookers with a mobile number on their customer record will receive a text so check your details with us to ensure you don’t miss out on this really handy service.
Our building works are progressing well with the render of the walls due to begin shortly. As with most projects, we’ve experienced a few delays due to COVID, Brexit and supply issues but are on track to have this finished before our Pantomime begins. We’re all very excited to share the finished result with you later this year.
