Statham Gill Davies joins Moore Kingston Smith

We have more great news to share. In mid-January, the Moore Kingston Smith Legal team will be joined by Statham Gill Davies, a London-based, full-service solicitors practice.

As a six-partner law firm, SGD provides a full range of legal services including property, dispute resolution, family, company and commercial, notarial, employment and immigration. They are also media and music specialists, which will further enhance our own Media team’s offerings.

What’s really exciting is bringing the strengths of our teams together means from 2025 Moore Kingston Smith will have a full-service legal practice, under the banner of Moore SGD Law.

SGD fits perfectly with our purpose, values and client service ethos, and the merger brings huge opportunities to the people in both teams.

With the world constantly changing, our objective is to stay well-positioned to support your success. Welcoming firms that share our vision, like SGD, enables us to broaden our corporate and private client legal services, providing an even wider range of solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
