Prepare for the new Waste Recycling Legislation with REDBOX

New Mandatory Waste Legislation in England

Is your workplace prepared for the new waste recycling legislation? From 31st March 2025, businesses in England with over 10 full-time employees must comply with new Government regulations requiring the seperation of waste before recycling collection.

How does this affect you?

Dry Mixed Recycling: Materials such as cardboard, plastics, glass and metal must be carefully seperated and disposed of as per the new guidelines.

Food Waste: Businesses generating over 5kg of food waste per week must arrange a seperate collection by licensed waste carriers.
