One Year On: Createch IT Solutions Reflects on Its First Year with Surrey Chambers

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Createch IT Solutions joined Surrey Chambers of
Commerce. When we signed up, we were still finding our feet in the UK market, a small digital
agency with big ambitions and not much of a local footprint to speak of.

Twelve months on, things look different. We’ve built our outreach across the UK and into France,
Belgium and Portugal, working with clients in immersive dining, wellness and tech. None of that
happened by accident, and a good part of it can be traced back to the connections and confidence
that came from being part of this network.

Cyma Riaz, Director of Outreach and Business Development at Createch, says the value of
membership hasn’t been about any single introduction or event. “It’s more the sense of having
people in your corner. When you’re building something from scratch, that matters more than people
realise.”

Createch works with businesses looking for websites, branding, SEO and digital marketing that
doesn’t feel like it was churned out by a template. The approach has always been to keep things
human: real conversations, not automated noise, whether that’s with a client or a fellow member at
a Chamber event.

Looking ahead, the team is focused on deepening relationships within the Surrey business
community and continuing to grow the agency’s presence across the region and beyond.
For anyone starting out and wondering whether Chamber membership is worth it: a year in, we’d
