We are the organisers of the most important ‘business event of the year’ in the region, the Surrey Business Awards and we have a very exciting category for 2024 – Property Developer of the Year.
This award recognises a property developer, with an office or project based in Surrey, that has demonstrated outstanding achievements in all aspects of their organisation. As a Surrey Chambers of Commerce member, the entry fee has been waived and therefore there is everything to gain and nothing to lose.

The event is now in its sixth year and draws over 500 business leaders to the spectacular event, sponsored by many of the largest companies in the region, and nationally, such as Heathrow Airport, Hilton Hotels, Menzies Accountants, PMW Wealth Management, Surrey County Council and Lloyds Bank.
Winners will be unveiled at a highly anticipated gala dinner on November 7th at the G Live in Guildford. It promises to be a spectacular evening of celebration, networking, and recognition, attended by business leaders and esteemed guests from the across Surrey.
