Helps & Co Design Build is a Surrey-based specialist in high-performance garden rooms, SIP structures and bespoke residential extensions.

We design and build premium garden rooms, home offices, wellness studios and multi-functional spaces using structural insulated panel (SIP) systems for superior strength, insulation and long-term performance. Every project is handled end-to-end — from initial consultation and design input through to foundations, construction and final detailing.

With a strong focus on craftsmanship, transparency and accountability, we deliver architectural-quality spaces with a personal service approach. We are not a volume company — every project is built with care, precision and direct client communication throughout.

Based in Molesey and working across Surrey and surrounding areas, we help homeowners create beautiful, energy-efficient spaces that add genuine value to their property.
