My background is business psychology with over 25 years international experience coaching and developing senior leaders and teams across diverse sectors. I partner with leaders to create a safe space for growth, inviting bigger, deeper, bolder conversations in the teams, organisations and communities they serve.

I offer this work through 1-2-1 leadership and team coaching and facilitation, alongside wider organisational cultural development programmes. Wherever possible I include walking and talking outside in nature in the way that I work as an invitation to move through challenges and seek new perspectives through side by side connection and conversation.

I am also CoFounder of Collaboration EquationTM - a unique leadership framework designed to help leadership teams and organisations harness the power of meaningful connection. We start by inviting more curiosity, care and courage to build human connection, invite open conversation and drive collective success. I cohost the podcast Finding Your Collaborative Edge together with my cofounder Anni Townend to share real leadership stories of collaboration and the collective impact that becomes possible when we commit to collective success.

Together with our growing team of Collaborators we partner with leaders and their teams to co-create an approach that supports their organisational ambition whilst developing the mindset, skills and behaviours to create an environment where everyone has a clear contribution to driving collective results.

I have also recently co-created the WITHIN personal growth framework together with Jane Baggott to share our expertise in leadership and personal development more widely with women who want to grow their confidence and impact.

I particularly love to work with leaders who want to make a more positive impact in the communities and environments they serve and am looking forward to contributing to Surrey Chambers of Commerce members in this way.
