Join key stakeholders, representing a wide range of organisations/businesses, with an interest and active involvement in creating and delivering the Surrey experience.
This is an opportunity to come together and share perspectives and stimulate inspiration about all that Surrey has to offer joining together with a cross-sector of interests spanning: entertainment, culture, green and urban spaces, accommodation, food and drink, economy, health, transport, media, sustainability, education etc.
The symposium will introduce the Surrey Story – a shared narrative, that distils the essence of what makes Surrey an attractive and valuable destination, locally, nationally and internationally. You will hear from leading experts, with case study evidence, of the benefits of using a shared narrative to develop and promote Surrey as a thriving economic, social and educational centre and an incredible place to live and visit.
This is an opportunity to discuss key priorities for the Surrey experience together with a range of Surrey businesses, Local Government leaders, politicians, academics, charities and community groups. It will include expert presentations, discussion breakouts and a networking sandwich lunch.
The event is being sponsored by Surrey County Council with support from Visit Surrey, The Jockey Club and Surrey Chamber of Commerce.
