Leading and Managing Change

We are living in a fast moving and changing world – this can be exciting but also scary and challenging.

Leadership and career coach Tracy Clark will show how to unlock your true leadership potential and proactively create the change and success that you want for yourself and your business. There are some vital ingredients to creating change including gaining clarity, confidence and courage and the catalyst for this change lies in ensuring that your mind-set is aligned with the change you want.

Sue Jenkins, Director of Kaizen at Surrey & Sussex NHS Trust will share her experience of leading change in turning East Surrey Hospital from shocking to outstanding.
