With over 20 years in business, she has been Managing Director of a thriving oil and gas events business that has won 2 Queen’s Awards for International Trade and has a flourishing coaching practice in which she empowers business leaders to create the change they want and reach new levels of growth, achievement and success.
Sue Jenkins – Director of Kaizen, Surrey & Sussex NHS Trust
Sue Jenkins is Director of Kaizen for Surrey and Sussex Healthcare. Sue has a 35 year career within the NHS and in her most recent role has developed and implemented SASH+, which is a management system with an inbuilt quality improvement methodology across the organisation which has been a key contributor to moving the Trust from being the worst performing in the country in 2010 to one of the best. This has been acknowledged by an outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission, received in January 2019.
