INTRODUCING THE BUYER-SUPPLIER EXCHANGE WITH SOURCE IN SURREY
Join us for the Source in Surrey Buyer–Supplier Exchange in Egham on 20th May 2026, aimed at bringing together Surrey SMEs in collaboration with Business Spelthorne and Runnymede. Additional business partners will be announced soon.
This is your chance to meet and network with other Surrey-based SMEs, share insights, and build relationships that can support future growth. In groups, attendees will deliver a concise 60-second introduction to present their business and highlight their services, helping others understand what they do and where collaboration may be possible.
The event will also provide roundtable sessions to discuss some of the common challenges SMEs face when trying to establish relationships with buyers and access procurement opportunities. Representatives from key organisations, including local authorities and commercial procurement teams, will be available for informal engagement, offering attendees the chance to explore potential pathways to working together.
Throughout the event, you are encouraged to bring along your business cards and flyers so that others can easily follow up after the session. (Please note that this is a networking-focused environment rather than an exhibition with stands so bring along handouts.)On the day, attendees will have the option to book a 5-minute speed networking session with their choice of representatives from the local supply chain, allowing for more direct conversations and discussions around potential business growth.
The Source in Surrey Buyer–Supplier Exchange will be set within a modern office environment at one of Egham’s most prominent business locations, 1 Causeway Park. This event offers an excellent setting to connect with fellow business owners in a professional yet informal environment. The venue offers easy access via major road networks, including the M25, as well as convenient rail links into London and Heathrow.
