Domestic Abuse is Everybody’s Business
Our guest speaker: Fiamma Pather, CEO of Your Sanctuary
Your Sanctuary are a charity operating in North West Surrey supporting adult and child survivors of domestic abuse.
Fiamma has worked at Your Sanctuary for 15 years but before that was a volunteer on their helpline. Fiamma started her career here as a frontline member of staff and then moved into management before becoming CEO.

At this event, Fiamma would like to talk about the impact that domestic abuse can have on employees. Employers may be unaware of the affect that domestic abuse may have on their staff members’ mental health, ability to perform and on their productivity. By being a domestic abuse aware employer, you can play an important part in keeping that person safe and help them to recover in the longer term.
