This event focuses on the four pillars of Health and Wellbeing. Financial wellbeing, Physical wellbeing, Nutritional wellbeing, and Emotional wellbeing. The event will cover a number of topics, including:
- Art and creative activity, and its impact on wellbeing and mental health
- An overview of mental health at work, how it can affect employees and what you can and should do to support your colleagues
- How looking after your physical health and nutrition can help with stress
- How to financially support yourself
Mark Blunden - KML
32 years of Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, National Account and Business Development experience and success managing accounts across the UK and Europe. He has delivered major international trade shows in the UK, Middle East, The United States and Europe.
Mark has worked across a number of sectors having gained his initial sales and account training from the renowned TACK International Sales Training School in London and at Blue Chip companies. A strong interest in Mental Health issues and general wellbeing in the workplace led Mark to join KML Occupational Health. Mark is now a certified MHFA Mental Health First Aider and is studying via Nescot College for a qualification in Mental Health Awareness.
Adam Hodkinson - Business & Operations Manager
Adam has been working for KML Occupational Health since July 2016, previously working at Nuffield Health corporate health & wellbeing for 6 years. With over 15 years’ experience, Adam has a passion for health & wellbeing; promotion, cultural focus in how businesses approach health & wellbeing within the workplace and customer service experience.
With significant experience working with key stakeholders in the management of occupational health. Creating some innovative service lines, such as tailored medical and bespoke workforce profiling reports, which help clients, invest in the most appropriate health intervention initiatives for the future.

Stefano Alba - Waves Wellbeing
Stefano is a highly accomplished Senior Executive and Operations Director with extensive experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, business development and change management. During his 25 years with SMEs and corporates, he demonstrated success in shaping and driving organisational restructure with oversight of Legal, Finance, HR, IT, CRM, H&S, and Compliance, and a proven track record of strong stakeholder management with the gravitas to build trust at Board level and across global operations.
Dave Warwick – Skipton Building Society
As the UK’s fourth largest building society, with roots stretching back to 1853, Skipton Building Society has offered a financial advice service for over 30 years. Skipton has advisers based all over the UK, including Surrey and the surrounding area. They can review and support your long-term financial plans. Skipton offers advice on investments, retirement and inheritance tax planning which can be undertaken at one of their local branches, or in the comfort of your own home, either face to face or via our new online service Skipton-Link which gives the flexibility to allow customers to receive advice in a way that suits them.
Skipton’s experts can also visit your company to run free, financial wellbeing support sessions for colleagues. The purpose is to help colleagues feel better engaged about their finances, feel more valued, reduce their stress levels – and help improve productivity across the business.
Time To Change Surrey
Time To Change Surrey (TTCS) is a Surrey County Council backed campaign, coordinated by a Surrey based charity that raises awareness around mental health and wellbeing. TTCS brings together a wealth of not for profit Surrey based organisations that are expert in supporting people with mental health problems –in the workplace, in education and the community.
Essential Vitality’s On-Site Massage services promote wellbeing in the workplace. Individuals and organisations benefit from the positive impact our services have on employee well-being and productivity. Essential Vitality has been established for over 13 years and delivers a professional, reliable, and effective wellbeing service. On-Site Massage is designed to counteract workplace stress, helping to minimise the negative effects of sitting a desk all day, and helping to de-stress, re-vitalise and re-energise.

Catalyst is a non-profit organisation working with people who are dealing with issues stemming from drug and alcohol misuse and mental health. Guildford-based for over 30 years, we work throughout Surrey and its borders in partnership with a wide variety of statutory and non-statutory organisations and bodies to provide support on a wide range of projects and services. We believe change is achievable when facilitated by skilled professional staff and volunteers offering a friendly, respectful, non-judgemental and personal approach.
