FOXHILLS CLUB & RESORT TAKES LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TO NEW HEIGHTS WITH APPOINTMENT OF NEW MANAGER

Surrey-based Foxhills Collection has appointed Hayley Porter as Learning & Development Manager, joining the HR team to lead Learning & Development across Foxhills Club & Resort and Farleigh.
Hayley will be working closely with leaders and colleagues across the two sites with a focus on building skills, confidence, behaviours and capabilities to support the continued success of the business. From developing future talent and strengthening leadership capabilities, to supporting career progression and creating meaningful learning opportunities, she will help create an environment where everyone can thrive.

With a career spanning more than 20 years with Merlin Entertainments across operational and HR teams, including Learning & Development roles, Hayley brings a strong breadth of experience across people, leadership and business development. Combining strong operational and HR insight with her specialist experience, her focus is on creating practical, engaging solutions that makes a difference and strengthens learning culture.

Hayley said on her appointment: “Creating positive experiences for colleagues and guests has been a consistent focus throughout my career, alongside developing people and supporting them to perform at their best.
