Silent Pool Gin Director Sophie Best Receives Freedom of The Worshipful Company of Distillers

Silent Pool Gin is thrilled to announce that their Director, Sophie Best, has been awarded the Freedom of The Worshipful Company of Distillers.

Sophie has been at the helm of Silent Pool Distillery for over a decade, playing a pivotal role in the brand’s remarkable growth and success. This prestigious honour, from a Livery company with a heritage dating back to 1639, recognises Sophie’s outstanding contributions to the craft of distilling and her leadership at Silent Pool.

Sophie will continue to contribute her expertise as an active member of The Worshipful Company of Distillers, alongside her responsibilities as Director of both The Gin Guild and Silent Pool Distillers.

Silent Pool Gin is a craft distillery based in Surrey, UK, renowned for its hand-crafted gin, made with botanicals sourced locally and from around the world. Since its founding, Silent Pool has become synonymous with quality, innovation, and the finest artisan distilling traditions.
