Healthier People, Stronger Performance: Mental Health First Aid Training

Employees who feel mentally supported are more engaged, focused and resilient. Mental Health First Aid training gives managers and colleagues the skills to spot early warning signs of stress, anxiety, depression and burnout before they escalate into long-term absence or crisis. Mental health Charity Oakleaf Enterprise run regular training courses. Please find info on their next course:

2-day Adult MHFA certification course: Weds 25 & Thurs 26 March
Where: Guildford Borough Council offices, Millmead, Guildford GU2 4BB. 
Cost: For Chambers Members = £260 +VAT pp (usually £325 +VAT pp), will qualify each participant as a MHFA Health First Aider (accredited by Mental Health First Aid England).
