Blanchard equips individuals and organisations with the tools to inspire, engage, and lead effectively. About the Facilitator

Peter Brent, Solutions Architect at Blanchard®, brings over 25 years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and learning design. Known for his pragmatic yet humorous approach, Peter makes learning both engaging and effective. He has worked internationally across industries including finance, pharmaceuticals, IT, petrochemicals, and hospitality, always grounding his sessions in real-world leadership experience.

A Blanchard Master Trainer and certified MBTI & Belbin Practitioner, Peter is recognised for creating impactful learning experiences that spark behaviour change and long-term growth. His sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to leave participants with tools they can apply immediately.

  • 2:00–3:00 – Networking & Games: Arrive, grab your welcome drink, and connect through light networking and optional games

  • 3:00–5:00 – Blanchard Leadership Workshop: Dive into interactive learning designed to strengthen your leadership skills (with a 15-minute comfort break)
