Surrey Chambers of Commerce is leading on the Local Skills Improvement Plan for Surrey, and we are in the early stages of gathering intel from businesses, training providers and other stakeholders. A plan will be published in June 2026 outlining actions needed for the next 3 years.
We are working closely with Surrey County Council to make sure we are all aligned to make Surrey a great place to start and sustain a business with access to the skills and people needed to ensure a thriving economy. If you have thoughts and ideas around skills gaps, recruitment issues or you would like to influence skills provision this is the event for you.
We are running a session to get feedback especially from businesses but will be joined by local skills providers and other stakeholders.
