Join us for an inspiring afternoon of growth, connection, and practical learning at Generation Next: Lead the Way, a leadership-focused event designed for the next wave of professionals making an impact.
Hosted in the vibrant setting of Asahi in Woking, this event brings together ambitious individuals aged 18–35 to develop leadership capabilities, expand their networks, and walk away with tools for personal and professional growth.

Kick off the afternoon with light networking and enjoy tea, coffee, and biscuits while connecting. -
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM – Leadership Session I
Engage in the first part of an immersive leadership workshop led by Blanchard. -
2:30 PM – 2:45 PM – Afternoon Break
Have short break between sessions. -
2:45 PM – 4:00 PM – Leadership Session II
Dive deeper into the workshop with interactive activities and group learning. -

Peter Brent, Solutions Architect at Blanchard®, brings over 25 years of global experience in leadership development, facilitation, and learning design. Known for his down-to-earth style and engaging delivery, Peter combines insight, humour, and practical wisdom to create sessions that stick.
As a Blanchard Master Trainer and certified MBTI & Belbin Practitioner, Peter has worked with leaders across sectors including finance, IT, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and hospitality — helping them tackle real-world leadership challenges with confidence.
