In the event that you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Surrey Chambers of Commerce or by suppliers, consultants or subcontractors working on behalf of Surrey Chambers of Commerce, please forward your complaint to the Chief Executive’s Personal Assistant. Your complaint will be noted on our Complaints Log and acknowledged within 4 working days.
Your complaint will then be investigated by the relevant manager and a formal response provided to you within 10 working days. Should further information be needed we will contact you about this.
In exceptional circumstances where it is not possible to carry out an investigation within 10 working days you will be advised that a response will take longer and the likely response timescale.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint please write to the Chief Executive at Surrey Chambers of Commerce explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction. She will then carry out a further investigation and advise you of the outcome within 10 working days.
