A mandatory element of the T Level is that a student must complete a minimum 315 hours (45 days) high quality Industry Placement during the 2-year course. This is to provide young people the invaluable opportunity to put their learning, knowledge, and skills into practice in a real workplace environment. It also allows employers a unique opportunity to attract and develop new talent, help young people become work ready and be involved in addressing local and national skills gaps.
