Industry placements give young people studying towards a technical qualification, practical experience directly related to their course - helping them prepare them for the world of work.
This technical qualification is intended for those who want to progress to a career in the Construction sector, with a focus on Surveying and Design. Covering specialist units such as: measure the built environment, analysis of the built environment, design the built environment and verify delivery of the built environment. Whilst on the employer led work placement you will complete an employer set project, which is an essential part of the overall qualification.

This qualification requires a mandatory 315 hours (minimum) industry placement which will develop student's technical skills and allow them to apply their knowledge in a workplace environment.
