Salary: £15,588.02 – £24,255.66 (FTE £21,440.77 – £33,362.80 per annum Depending on Qualifications and Experience)

Hours/Contract: 29.6 hours per week, Part Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: The post holder will be required to work flexibly across all campuses, according to department needs

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a new Skills Development Lecturer/Coach to work with other lecturers to help develop and support their teaching and learning.

 

The Skills Development Lecturer/Coach will work as part of a team delivering, assessing and coaching on a range of high-quality apprenticeships, courses, providing qualifications, training and progression opportunities for all learners, within the curriculum area.

Caseload of coaching and lecturing to be reviewed and agreed on an annual basis.

As a Lecturer/Coach, you will need to have the ability to communicate with other people in a positive manner and ideally, previous experience of coaching staff.  You will also need to be a problem solver, have effective listening skills and be able to empathise with others.
