Salary: Range from £8,576.31- £13,345.12 (based on an FTE of £21,440.77 to £33,362.80 per annum depending on skills and experience)
Hours/Contract: 14.8 hours per week

Location: The post holder will be required to work flexibly across all campuses, according to department needs

Brooklands College is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge and Ashford. We pride ourselves on providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join Brooklands College’s Catering team. We are looking for an experienced Lecturer or a professional who has worked within the education industry in relation to the training as staff or an internal verifier.
The purpose of this position is to work as part of a team delivering a range of high-quality courses, providing qualification and progression opportunities for all learners, within the curriculum area.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualification and work experience in the subject area. You will be an enthusiastic team member who is flexible and used to working under pressure.
The work of the catering area of the department covers NVQ Levels 1 to 3 in Catering and Hospitality, Kitchen/Larder, Pastry, Bakery, Restaurant and Supervisory Studies, through both full-time and part-time study. There are also learners taking courses in Cake Decoration and Sugarcraft.
