Internationalisation Senior Project Officer
An exciting opportunity in Enterprise M3’s Innovation and Enterprise team to support the implementation of our Internationalisation framework, acting as a gateway to our international activity focused on facilitating both inward investment and exporting activities across the LEP area.
You will work alongside the Enterprise M3 team and other key stakeholders and organisations including Invest in Hampshire, Invest in Surrey and local authority partners to develop shared materials and tools to support high quality responses to business investment enquiries. You will need strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to work with, and quickly build strong relationships with a range of partners at all levels across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Enterprise Zone Senior Programme Officer
An exciting new post to support one of our most high-profile programmes, our multi-site Enterprise Zone. Our proposal for the Enterprise Zone was accepted by Government in November 2015, and links together three key centres that sit within rural and town locations within Basingstoke, Chertsey and Whitehill and Bordon. These centres are focussed around the digital economy which represents one of the four priorities of Enterprise M3 LEP as set out within our Strategic Economic Plan.
You will provide programme support and project advice to the Enterprise Zone Programme Director, assisting in the delivery of a £45m priority intervention programme, and the £10m Local Growth Fund contribution to the Enterprise Zone. You will also play a key role in supporting the activity of the public and private sector partners across the Enterprise Zone, including providing support with project development, contracting, monitoring and evaluation.
You will have demonstrable experience of programme delivery and finance within an economic development context and be adept at building strong relationships with a range of partners at all levels across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, with an engaging personal style and strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. European Regional Development Fund Project Officer
An exciting opportunity in Enterprise M3’s Policy & Strategy Team to support the development of a pipeline of European Regional Development Fund projects. These programmes are a vitally important part of delivering our European Investment Strategy and Strategic Economic Plan for the Enterprise M3 area.
You will work alongside our team of project managers, assisting in scoping calls for projects, organising workshops to publicise funding opportunities and working directly with our local partners – including universities, businesses and support organisations – to help them to develop successful projects. You will need strong communication and organisational skills and knowledge of European funding programmes.
