The Double Tree by Hilton Woking is looking for a talented individual to join our team as Meetings & Events Co-ordinator.

As well as being the place for unforgettable sleeping experience our hotel is an outstanding venue for a range of hospitality, conference and events. Each year visiting delegates, hospitality patrons and event guests are delighted by our memorable service. You can now be part of the Conference and Events Sales Team that makes this happen.

As Meetings and Events Co-ordinator and you will play an important part in the developing business and improving profitability. From advising clients and administering bookings to organizing successful client functions and delivering excellent customer service you will be at the centre of the action.

Important will be your ability to work with internal colleagues from sales, operations and the kitchen departments to ensure services are delivered effectively, functions run smoothly and client expectations are exceeded.

We ideally are looking for someone with the hospitality background with a strong customer focus, eye for detail and positive attitude you will possess excellent people and IT skills, full training will be given.
