In order to process any export document, there is a requirement for your signature to be held on file by Surrey Chambers. A Formal Undertaking must be completed and countersigned by a Proprietor, Director, Partner or Secretary and returned to Surrey Chambers in original form by post. e-Cert
E-Cert is a new On-line documentation service developed by the British Chambers of Commerce and is now available through Surrey Chambers of Commerce. The service is FREE and enables UK Exporters to apply for EC Certificate's of Origin, invoices, EUR1's and ATR's via the Internet. E-Cert is web-based and can be accessed through the Chamber's web site, signed using a digital signature, making the process quicker and more efficient. To register as an e-Cert user, click here
